𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴
Keep the Flow Moving: Unload grain trucks to keep our inventories steady. During the busy harvest season, you’ll be right in the thick of the action.
Shipping & Logistics: Load ethanol and DDGS into trucks and railcars for delivery.
Precision & Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed logs to ensure operations run smoothly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure the plant remains efficient and safe.
Safety First: Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and strictly follow all safety and food/feed safety protocols.

We are looking for adaptable professionals who bring the following to the table:
Technical Savvy: Working knowledge of plant equipment and the ability to operate industrial-sized machinery.
Adaptability: Ability to manage competing demands and change your approach to best fit the situation, especially when dealing with delays or unexpected events.
Communication: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and communicate effectively with both co-workers and senior management.
Reliability: A commitment to maintaining good attendance habits and abiding by all company SOPs, safety, quality and HR policies.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲
We operate on a 3-2-2 rotating schedule (working 3 days, off 2, working 2).
Shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Rotation: Shifts rotate monthly.

𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
This is a physically active role that requires stamina and a focus on safety. Candidates must be able to:
Stay Active: Frequently walk, stand, and sit throughout the shift.
Reach New Heights: Frequently climb to levels of 125 feet or more using stairs and ladders while confined and harnessed.
Heavy Lifting: Occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds or more.
Environment: Work in both office and production settings. You will be exposed to outside weather, extreme heat/cold, moving mechanical parts, and high places.
Safety Gear: This position requires the use of a respirator. You may occasionally be exposed to loud noise, fumes, or caustic chemicals.
