Is it cheaper to build a patio or a deck? We all pay money for the things that we want but in the long run it is better to have something that goes the best with your house. But answering the question - a concrete patio would be the cheapest way to add some hangout space to your property and it is cheaper and faster to take care of a concrete patio because it will only need to be pressure washed once or twice a year to maintain the look.
