Are you tired of the same old electric bill every month? Ready to save some serious cash and upgrade your home to solar energy? SunShares is here to help!

We're on a mission to decarbonize and electrify American households one neighborhood at a time. Our community of renewable energy experts has over 20 years of combined experience in the space, helping over 10,000 households make the switch to clean energy all over the United States.

But why is this so important? Well, our current national grid system is unreliable, inefficient, and even hazardous. We need to find a solution to offset our existing use of dirty electric sources that are finite and limited. And with the government passing the Inflation Reduction Act, there's never been a better time to make the switch to solar.

We're a Neighborhood Solar Co-Op with a door-to-door initiative to help you rewire your neighborhood with clean energy. We want to help you take advantage of the $600 billion allocated to Energy Security and Climate Change programs over the next ten years. And with the Solar Federal Tax Credit now at 30%, going solar has never been more of a no-brainer.

Not sure if your home is ready for solar? Take our online assessment and find out in 60 seconds or less if your home meets the 7 key requirements for solar-friendly homes. And if you don't meet the criteria, don't worry! We're here to help you understand the benefits and risks of energy-efficient home upgrades and find the right solution for you.

So let's roll up our sleeves and get to work. The government has set aside $1,400+ a year for the next 10 years to incentivize homeowners to improve their property and increase their home efficiency. Let's take advantage of this opportunity and make our homes more comfortable, energy-efficient, and increase their overall property value!

Did you hear that Florida Power and Light (FPL) just added two new solar energy centers to their already impressive portfolio? That's right, FPL is the largest solar energy producer in the state, and these new centers will generate 745 megawatts of quiet, emissions-free energy! That's enough to power 150,000 homes and take 140,000 gasoline-dependent cars off the road each year.

But here's the thing - while FPL is doing its part to make our state greener, their power bills are still going up! I mean, come on, FPL, you've installed all these megawatts of solar power and you're still not seeing a decrease in your bills? What gives?

Maybe FPL needs to take some energy-saving tips from all the homeowners in Florida who have been making the switch to solar. I mean, we've all heard the saying, "The shoemaker's children always go barefoot." Maybe in this case, the energy company's own power bills are the "barefoot children."

All joking aside, it's great to see FPL adding more solar energy centers to their already impressive collection. The fact that they're investing in renewable energy means that we're moving in the right direction. And with solar energy becoming more affordable each year, we can all do our part to help the environment and save some money on our power bills.

So, if you're a homeowner in Florida and you're considering making the switch to solar, now is the time! With FPL leading the way, there's never been a better time to join the solar revolution. And who knows, maybe you'll end up producing more energy than FPL does!

Take a look at their already existing solar energy centers.

Why should residential homeowners have all the fun with solar panels?

Commercial buildings are starting to see the light, thanks to lower installation costs and rising electric bills.

We are now putting solar panel arrays on top of parking garages to harness the sun's energy and save some green.

And it's not just about the environment – the structures also provide shade and shelter for cars, while boosting property values.

So the next time you park your ride at work, look up and see if your company is catching some rays.

Have you looked into solar for your home or business?

While many Fla. homes sport solar panels, fewer commercial buildings do. But as installation costs drop and electric costs rise, the savings start to balance out.
