Good morning ,
We've been getting a lot of calls about ice on the condensers outside and seeing steam coming from them. This is normal, heat pumps go into defrost and blow steam off the top, some may have a lot of steam depending how high you run you heat, During this cycle your unit may sound loud and noisy,and you may have a lot of water on the concrete pad, this too is all normal. This is how heat pumps work. Don't call the fire department your unit is not on fire!

Stacey just got word that we can access Clw B*h, via work orders and a pass code. Please bare with us as service calls are going to take time depending on each customers situation. She was told its like a war zone and we are to be careful.

Customers on Treasure Island to Pass a Grille, Stacey has a list of those who have already called ,just as soon as we can get out there we will, fingers cross Tuesday. Sheriff has told us some roads are not cleared of debris and sand and unassailable, We will keeping checking on when we can get to out there.

We want all our wonderful Customers on the barrier islands to know that we are thinking of and , are in our prayers, if you need anything please call Stacey.

To all our customers our office has no power and phone lines are down. Please call the 727-515-7718 if you need service.

If you live out on the beaches and have water, please turn the power off to the air handler and condenser. Hose the condenser down inside and out to get all the salt water off, let it dry out then turn it back on. Once they open access to the beach we will be able to dispatch the guys out.

Due to Hurricane Helene, We are closing our office at 3 pm today, so our staff has time to take care of their personal homes. The office phones have been transferred to Stacey's cell until Friday evening.

*Always use white vinegar in your drain line, NEVER use BLEACH
