🎉 Welcome to the 2026 Hercules CLDP Intern Program!

This week, our interns officially begin their 12-week rotational journey with Hercules Sealing Products. Throughout the summer, they will work alongside teams across the organization, gaining firsthand experience in multiple departments and collaborating on a capstone project focused on enhancing the customer experience.

All of our interns are interested in pursuing careers in sales, and understanding what happens behind the scenes is an important part of becoming a trusted advisor to customers. Their journey begins in Louisville, Kentucky, where they are learning how our warehouse and operations teams help keep products moving and customers supported every day.

We are excited to invest in the next generation of talent and look forward to watching them learn, grow, and contribute throughout the summer.

🐾Giving back is an important part of who we are at 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀.

Recently, members of 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 volunteered at the 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘆'𝘀 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀, spending time with animals, assisting with daily care activities, and supporting their mission to help pets find loving homes.

In addition to volunteering, our team donated pet supplies to help support the care and well-being of the animals.

Thank you to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay for the incredible work you do every day and for giving us the opportunity to 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 in our community.
