The safest way to move a vehicle is to move the surface beneath it.

Robotic Parking Systems uses pallets, so machinery does not need to grab the tires or reach beneath the chassis. The pallet also helps prevent oil, condensation, salt water, or other fluids from dripping onto vehicles stored below. This matters for low-clearance cars, large SUVs, EVs, and the owner responsible for protecting them all.

The pallet is not an accessory. It is part of the risk-management strategy.

A parking requirement should not dictate the architectural character of an entire project.

In a Robotic Parking System, the machinery is contained within the supporting structure, leaving architects free to design the exterior in glass, brick, concrete, metal, or a façade that reflects the surrounding neighborhood. Entry and exit terminals can be integrated into the same visual language.

Parking should answer to the architecture, not the other way around.

One year ago today, we lost our founder, Royce Monteverdi, but his vision continues to guide us every day.

Royce built Robotic Parking Systems on a foundation of innovation, determination, and the belief that impossible problems could always be solved. His passion for advancing automated parking and his confidence in the people around him created more than a company—he created a legacy.

Today, we pause to remember not only what Royce accomplished, but who he was: a visionary leader, an innovator, a mentor, and someone who inspired those around him to think bigger and reach higher.

As we continue to design, build, and deliver automated parking solutions around the world, we are reminded that every project, every milestone, and every challenge we overcome carries forward the vision he began.

We are grateful to continue building upon the foundation he created.

Royce, your legacy lives on through the people you inspired, the company you built, and the future you envisioned.

Thank you for showing us what was possible. We will continue moving your vision forward. "Always Ahead".

💛 In loving memory of Royce Monteverdi.

Parking is infrastructure. It cannot be built around crossed fingers.

Robotic Parking Systems applies true redundancy across major systems, with backup machines and redundant components designed to keep vehicles moving when one unit needs maintenance or repair. Reliability is not one heroic machine. It is an entire system engineered to keep operating.

Bigger isn’t always better.

When it comes to parking garages, traditional designs prioritize space—but Robotic Parking Systems flip that logic on its head.

Did you know that a robotic parking garage can handle the same number of cars as a traditional garage while using 50% less space? That’s right. By eliminating ramps, driving lanes, and wasted areas, our designs maximize efficiency and free up valuable land for other uses.

Imagine what you could do with the extra square footage: additional retail, green space, or even more residential units.

The best service call is the one made before a problem becomes downtime.

Robotic Parking Systems’ diagnostic platform records the movement of wheels, bearings, gearboxes, and motors in real time. Early warnings can be sent to on-site teams and remote technicians, allowing maintenance needs to be identified and addressed before they interrupt operations.

That is the difference between monitoring equipment and understanding it.

Reliability is not an afterthought in automated parking — it is the foundation. When a vehicle enters a robotic parking system, precision movement, structural engineering, and software coordination must all work in concert.

The expectation is simple: the system must work every time.

A great parking experience doesn’t end when you leave your car. Rapid retrieval, precision handling, and seamless automation mean departures are as effortless as arrivals.

No engines revving. No doors slamming. No exhaust drifting through the structure. Robotic Parking stores vehicles in a sealed environment, reducing noise, emissions, and wear on your building.

Silence, engineered.
