Painting a two-story house 🎨🖌
The exterior of the house had extensive damage—some from a hurricane, some from age—and all damaged areas were repaired. The siding on the upper floor was replaced in many places, and the stucco and peeling paint were sealed and textured.
The house was then coated with a highly durable paint that resists sea salt and strong sunlight.

From demolition to done.⚒️
Construction of a new huge bathroom with a separate electrical room and a separate laundry room from half of the garage.
From demolishing the small bathroom that was in the corner of the garage, through framing, relocating waste pipes, installing drywall and doors, to building a whole new shower, resulting in a beautiful new spacious bathroom with a walk-in closet serving as a laundry room.
