I call this machine Frankenstein. Started its life as a wrecked Perkins 300D, I DC swapped the exciter and went with a 1800 Exciter armature. Since the body was trashed I shoved it in this 6” chppped 200 body but decided to shorten it to be the size of a short hood (still needs a stainless brush cover). Finished it off with a RPM controller from
Rockin M Fabrication.

These aren’t the easiest but man is it worth it. Thanks for the support from everyone !

I’m no Jake Haney when it comes to exhaust but it’ll work 🤷 small muffler because the customer wanted to be able to chop the machine and not need a new exhaust. Better than no muffler and it looks a little better than the old one.

I’d say we put some new life back in this unit.

We recommend distributor swapping SA 200s but sometimes rebuilding the mag is all you need.
