I went to CES with the CWRU Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship to showcase the release of our new software platform and was interviewed about using drones to fight wildfires.

This was my second year at CES, and there is always so much to see and do at the show and in Las Vegas. Every day was nonstop busy from morning until nightfall, but it was also so much fun and full of great connections, opportunities, and people!

My time was amazing! Thanks to for sponsoring me and my company ! I met a ton of awesome people, including the Veale interns and my roommate , and saw some really cool tech and made a lot of great connections.

I will never be over us being in front of the Japan booth setting up a Cowboy Bebop Swordfish II replica to advertise earpods and me randomly wearing my Cowboy Bebop shirt the day before the show 😂

I've been wanting to post some of my drone imagery of nature. Capturing images of the natural world is my favorite thing to do with a drone. The first one looks like a watercolor image (without editing) and the second provides such a jarring contrast the image sticks with you (it did for me anyway). These are likely Ash trees that were killed by Emerald Ash Borer a little while back.

These standing dead trees are often called snags and can provide habitat for various insects, birds, and mammals as well as valuable hunting grounds for many species.
