⚙️ TOOLBOX TIP: GRIND, CUT, OR FINISH?

Not all abrasive discs are made for the same job! Using the right one can make a big difference in your metalworking results.

🔴 Cutting Wheel: Designed to cut through metal and separate material.

🔵 Grinding Wheel: Used to remove material, grind welds, and smooth rough edges.

⚫ Flap Disc: Great for blending welds and refining metal surfaces.

💡 Remember: Never use a thin cut-off wheel for side grinding unless the wheel is specifically approved for that operation. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions!

Ever wondered what the difference is between A36 and A572 steel?

Both are used in structural applications, but they aren't identical!

🔹 A36: Common carbon structural steel used for plates, bars, and structural shapes.

🔹 A572 Grade 50: High-strength, low-alloy steel with a higher minimum yield strength than A36.
