ABOUT THE JOB:

Your primary role is leading residential installs with pride in both workmanship and function.
This is not an apprentice or helper position, you will be part of a team, and you will run your jobs.

This is a small yet fast growing shop, and being a flexible team player is very important.

WHAT YOU GET

Service Equipment
Maintain Equipment
And be comfortable switching roles as needed, depending on the workload of the day. This location is small, yet mighty and growing. Fast.

Pay is hourly with spiffs, 20-30 an hour is typical starting range, we can discuss over a phone call
