Our team recently wrapped up construction on a custom high-end cleanroom expansion! This 2,356 SQFT high bay ISO 8 space showcases exactly why our single-source Design-Build ex*****on delivers higher value, fast-tracked schedules, and minimized costs.

We used an innovative 3" poly-isocyanurate core Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) enclosure and a heavy-duty plenum cap rated at 20 # PSF. Inside, custom atmospheric automatic single sliding doors feature hands-free operation for pristine contamination control and breakout capability for safe egress.

The big win for the client? Long-term serviceability. Because our design physically separates HVAC conditioning from the filtration system, facility managers can use conventional, readily available replacement parts instead of getting locked into single-source, long-lead equipment.
