City of Hubbard residents who travel Main Street should use alternate routes starting June 1. The final phase of construction will begin with the paving of Main Street. Motorists can expect significant traffic delays at the intersection of Main and Liberty Streets. Work will include the northbound and southbound curb lanes, which will be closed during daytime hours and reopened at night. Work is expected to last approximately 2-3 days, weather permitting. This restoration work is the final phase of our project that replaced approximately 5,403 feet of natural gas pipeline.
