Un dossier de vente éprouvé dans le domaine des ventes, du service, de la mise en service et du dépannage des tours de refroidissement et des chaudières est essentiel. Ce poste sera principalement dédié à la formation des représentants et à la résolution des problèmes dans les comptes existants, le maintien de certains clients faisant également partie du poste.

Le spécialiste assistera également à la formation et aux séminaires pour les clients et échangera activement avec d’autres spécialistes afin d’améliorer la connaissance du groupe des produits chimiques de traitement de l’eau, tels qu’ils s’appliquent aux installations industrielles et commerciales.

Responsibilities

The Water Treatment Specialist should have past experience selling and servicing commercial and light industrial users. A proven sales record in cooling tower and boiler treatment sales, service, commissioning and troubleshooting is essential. This position will mainly dedicated to train representatives and troubleshoot problems in existing account, maintaining some customer is also part of the position.

The specialist will also assist on training and seminar for customer and will actively exchange with other specialist to increase the group knowledge of the water treatment chemicals as it applies to industrial and commercial facilities.
Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years industrial water treatment sales and service experience.
• Past experience with a variety of commercial and industrial customers is preferred.
• Well organized, self starter who can work with others to train on water treatment programs
• Science or technical degree a plus.
• Proven record of new business development, account retention and profitability.

Job description
Part-Time Service Specialist

Provide superior service at assigned accounts to meet corporate goals, standards and objectives and to meet customer requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

· Weekly quality service of accounts to include system maintenance, organization, product inventory, service logs, and problem solving

· Systems installations and maintenance at assigned locations

· Respond to and resolve all equipment issues for assigned locations

· Document results via weekly service logs, daily contact with Account Manager

· Uphold company image and standards

· Stay informed regarding basic product knowledge, service options, etc.

· Special projects, as assigned

Qualifications/Other:

· High school diploma or GED

· Hands on experience with mechanical equipment – Advanced training provided

· Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical components

· Customer service skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong ability to problem solve, trouble shoot, and make repairs in a timely manner

· Basic knowledge of systems, equipment and products for implementation, installation and training of/for customers

· Ability to calculate distance and have a basic understanding of dilution ratios

· Ability to work independently with regularly scheduled calls from your supervisor.

· Able to work 15-20 hours per week.
