🔨 Kramer Haus Renovations is hiring!

We’re continuing to grow here in the Cleveland area, and we're looking to add another solid person to our team.

We stay busy with kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, investment properties, painting, and general residential construction. This isn't a position where you'll be doing the same thing every day. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside us on projects from demo through completion and learn multiple aspects of the remodeling trades along the way.

We're looking for someone who wants consistent work, enjoys working with their hands, and wants an opportunity to develop real skills and take on more responsibility as they grow.

We're looking for someone who:
✅ Shows up on time and is dependable
✅ Works hard without needing to be constantly pushed
✅ Pays attention to the details
✅ Takes care of our customers' homes
✅ Is willing to learn and take direction
✅ Takes pride in doing things the right way

Construction or remodeling experience is definitely a plus, but you don't need to know everything. I'd take someone dependable, motivated, and eager to learn over someone with years of experience and a bad attitude.

This could be a great fit for someone with construction experience who wants to become a more well-rounded remodeler, or someone newer to the trades who is serious about building a career and learning the business.

Most of our projects are in Cleveland Heights and the surrounding Cleveland area. Reliable transportation is required.

Pay is based on experience and skill level, with opportunities for raises as your abilities and responsibilities increase.

This bathroom got a full reset—clean, simple, and built to last.

This one was a journey.

We were brought in as the third contractor on this bathroom remodel. The project had already gone through a couple of difficult setbacks, including losing a contractor partway through the work.

By the time we stepped in, it was clear the only way forward was to start fresh. We took everything back to the studs, reworked the plumbing, installed proper waterproofing, and rebuilt the space the right way.

From there, we brought it to life with a custom mosaic tile design and clean, finished details throughout.

Not every project starts the way you expect—but doing it right is always the goal.

Third time was the charm on this one.
