Our production facility is equipped with multiple steel shot blasters, four Galiso hydrostatic test stations, and two paint lines capable of producing over 1,200 cylinders per shift. Our facility also has designated areas for medical cylinders and cradle repair and assembly. Along with being the nation's most efficient cylinder maintenance facility, Midwest Cylinder can provide a wide range of cylinder-related accessories, including a full line of Sherwood and Cavagna valves and parts. No one inventories a more complete line of both copper and poly dip tubes cut to specific cylinder lengths and available as siphon or mixing tubes. We also provide a variety of steel and Lexan carry handles for both steel and aluminum cylinders. Midwest Cylinder can help you control profit margins by installing embossed or glue-on neck rings to help prevent cylinder theft and shrinkage. We are also capable of providing customer-specific serial numbers, as well as special markings. When it comes to special cylinder combinations, we can either provide the assemblies or do the entire installation of six or twelve packs, including flexible copper or braided stainless manifolds.
