This month's Employee Spotlight is Dan Beckman, and if you've ever gotten exactly what you needed from us right when you needed it — Dan probably had something to do with that.

As our Director of Operations, Dan works behind the scenes on just about everything. In 17 years he's learned this business inside and out, and that kind of experience shows up every single day.

Outside of work, the man has lived a little — former Firefighter/Paramedic, Commercial Photographer, and Volunteer Ski Patroller. These days you'll find him kayaking or skiing, and he gave up scuba diving simply because Ohio had other plans.

Dan, we're glad you're here. Thank you for everything you do. 💪

April brings an extraordinary milestone at Tisch Environmental — one that deserves every bit of celebration it gets. We are thrilled to honor a name that has been synonymous with this team longer than almost anyone.

🎉 𝗧𝗶𝗺 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘇𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — 𝟮𝟴 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 (𝟬𝟱/𝟭𝟴/𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟴)

Twenty-eight years. But here's what makes Tim's story even more remarkable: his journey with the Tisch family actually began 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 Tisch Environmental ever existed. Tim spent 12 years working at a previous Tisch family business, meaning his total history with this family stretches back over four decades. He didn't just join the company at the beginning — in many ways, he helped lay the groundwork for what it would become.

There are very few people who can say they've grown alongside a family's vision from one chapter to the next, and Tim is one of them. While he's always been one to let his work speak for itself, that work has spoken loudly for 28+ years — in the quality rolling off our production floor, in the reliability our team depends on, and in the steady presence that anchors everything we do.

Tim, we are beyond grateful. You are not just our longest-tenured employee — you are a living piece of this company's history, and we could not be more proud to have you on this team.
