⚠️ Open Concept - is a floor plan that makes use of large, open spaces and minimizes the use of small enclosed rooms. This is most commonly achieved in older homes by removing walls. In this case we removed a load bearing wall to open up the kitchen to the living room area.

⚠️ Temporary supports are just what the name implies, temporary! With time and vibration, they can loosen causing structural failure, sagging floors, etc. On this project Millennial Renovations LLC replaced two temporary screw jacks with a permanent concrete filled steel lally column.

🚧 Millennial Renovations has an in-house engineer to assist with all structural repairs or alterations including wall removal (load and non-load bearing), layout changes, header installs, and jacking.
