Our October Employee Spotlight goes to someone who plays a huge role in keeping Birdsong’s dirt operations moving day in and day out. This month, we are proud to recognize Cody Rhodes, our Pit Superintendent! 🏆⭐

If you’ve ever wondered who keeps everything running smoothly across all of our dirt pit operations, the answer is Cody. As Pit Superintendent, Cody is responsible for keeping up with our crews, our equipment, our materials, our customers, our truck drivers, and everything in between. It’s safe to say there is never a shortage of things on Cody’s plate, yet he somehow manages to keep it all moving in the right direction. He knows his operation inside and out, and he knows what it takes to keep things running. His experience, leadership, and dedication make a difference every single day.

Our dirt operations simply would not run the same without Cody running the show. He is an incredibly important part of the Birdsong team, and we are grateful for everything he does to keep our dirt moving. Congratulations, Cody, on being our October Employee Spotlight! You’ve definitely earned it!

Big trucks, big smiles, and a whole lot of fun last week at Madison County Preschool’s Touch-A-Truck! 🚧

Birdsong is always excited to bring some construction equipment out for our local kids to climb in, ask questions, and explore. We love being involved in our community and sharing a little bit of what we do with the next generation!

Thank you, Madison County Preschool, for having us back. We’ll see y’all next year! 🛠️

There’s nothing like a good job site lunch, especially when it comes with a little recognition! 👏

Birdsong Construction is proud to have our team named as the first Trade Partner of the Month by Alston Construction! To celebrate, Alston treated our crew to a great BBQ lunch, and we couldn’t be more thankful for their recognition and generosity.

Our guys work hard, put in the hours, and take pride in what they do. It means a lot to see their dedication noticed and appreciated. Thank you, Alston! We are proud of our people and grateful for this partnership.
