Position Summary: Responsible for purchasing materials, monitoring inventories, ensuring on-time delivery, order entry, confirmation of customer orders, customer service and for providing general office support to include, promptly answering telephones, directing all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner to appropriate individuals and greeting visitors entering the office.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing inventory of materials, colorants, inserts and packaging for manufacturing.
• Monitor inventories and order based on customer requirements, Kanban min/max and monthly usage.
• Follow up with vendors on orders, lead-times, shipments and changes based on customer requests.
• Communicate information to Shipping/Receiving, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality regarding orders, deliveries, quality issues and price increases for updating piece pricing.
• Track Vendor on-time delivery for monthly review and yearly meeting to ensure ISO requirements are met.
• Approve customer purchase orders in regards to pricing, revision level, material availability and lead-time.
• Enter purchase orders and submit acknowledgements to customer.
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services.
• Follow up with Scheduler and Shipping in regards to customer orders, shipping requirements and order changes.
• Confirm packing slips with purchase orders and/or daily releases and file with bill of ladings.
• Update IQMS with price changes.
• Responsible for customer NAFTA paperwork, ROHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals Certifications and IMDS certifications.
• Notify engineering of any price changes in material, colorant, inserts and packaging for quoting piece price updates.
• Contact material suppliers for pricing on new materials, material processing sheets, alternate material suggestions, price decreases, SDS or if COC’s and packing slips were not received.
• Provides support to other departments as necessary.
• Recommends new ideas to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Participates on committees and works on projects.
• Responsible for stopping a product or process to correct a quality problem and/or bring to the attention of management.
• Attend advance planning and scheduling meetings.
• Vacation relief back up for Scheduler.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
• As needed, enter and update vendor contact information, shipping addresses and/or requirements, UPS account numbers and ISO certifications.
• Assist in answering main line phone system, transferring calls, switching the phones from day to night. Greet visitors entering the office.
• Other duties as may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.

Has daily contact with company employees from all departments, customers, vendors and general public. Frequently the first point of contact for customers when calling or visiting the company.

Position Summary:
Responsible for implementation, coordination and administration of the HR/Safety programs and setting policies as they apply to employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with the recruitment process by placing employment ads and/or internal postings, identifying candidates, assisting in interviews, performing reference checks, and issuing job offers.
• Administer new hire paperwork (including policies and procedures, payroll, and benefits forms), answer questions new hires may have.
• Establish and maintain confidential employee records.
• Recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures, update Employee Handbook as needed and recommend new ideas to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain FMLA tracking.
• Develop and maintain attendance records, PTO, flex time, and incentive programs for both direct hires and temporary employees through staffing agencies.
• Initiate and compile data for accident investigations. Submit necessary documentation to business insurance provider and monitor worker’s compensation claims.
• Execute established health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines, establishing a culture of health and safety.
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
• Maintain legally required records on employees and HR / Safety programs and activities.
• Maintain training records for direct hires and temporary employees through staffing agencies.
• Partner with Managers to investigate workplace conflicts and the necessary actions to resolve a situation. Issue verbal and written warnings when necessary. Administer separation paperwork when needed.
• Responsible for stopping a product or process to correct a quality problem and/or bring to the attention of management.
• Additional responsibilities as defined in the quality manual, procedures, and work instructions.
• Participates on committees and works on projects.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
• Schedule and lead monthly safety committee meetings to include fire & severe weather drills.
• Actively seek professional development activities to enhance management skills and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new laws and requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all phases of maintenance including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repair of production machines as well as building maintenance. To be successful, a candidate must be able to:

· Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair production machinery or other items to include auxiliary equipment. The ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics is a must. Understanding PLC’s and knowledge of 480V, 240V, and 110V a must.

· Perform preventive maintenance inspections and complete repairs that arise to ensure the efficient and effective operations of equipment

· Assist in the set up productions cells for maximize efficiency keeping safety in mind at all times

· Responsible for maintaining safety for self and others including; recognize hazards, human or product, and take required action to eliminate them, know and practice safe lifting, bending and pulling/pushing procedures, know the location of safety data sheets (SDS) and other appropriate safety devices, know the procedures for fire evacuation, severe weather and power failure, use equipment properly and know the safety features, be familiar with the lockout/tagout procedures, and know location / items available of the first aid stations. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

· Must be able to effectively communicate the status, progress and schedules of jobs to customers both internal and external as needed to meet demands in a timely fashion

· Participate when needed in design and development of specialized equipment in the manufacturing area.

· Be part of teams that implement ideas to improve uptime of plant equipment through equipment modifications, layout adjustments, and general machine maintenance.

· Stay current on technology, capabilities and requirements of equipment including secondary equipment.

· Know and understand yours and/or others impact on the environment and take all necessary actions to reduce or eliminate negative impacts

· Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Industrial Electronics degree required.
· At least 3 years’ experience in maintaining production machinery.
· Prior maintenance experience in a plastic molding company a plus.
· Previous robotics experience a plus.
· Strong working knowledge of mechanic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric controls and skills.
· Ability to read and understand blue prints, schematics, manuals, gauges, and other specifications.
· Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Must be highly motivated and self-starter
· Must be able to multi-task and have strong communication skills
· Must have good oral and written communication skills as well as very good interpersonal skills.
· Ability to follow through on projects to completion.
· Must be safety conscious and a team player to attain company objectives.
