Great Progress on the Fire Loss Rebuild! 🔥➡️🏗️

After a long, tough week of pulling double duty, our Maverick team has officially completed the full cleanup on this total barn fire loss site.

Every piece of debris has been carefully removed and hauled away, leaving a clean slate ready for new construction.

Stay tuned — next up, we’re building back stronger with a 40x60 post frame barn featuring a 24x48 attached garage and a covered porch. This expanded layout will give our customer much more usable space for storage, vehicles, and entertaining.

We’re proud of the team for their hard work and dedication in turning this difficult situation into a fresh start.

Progress update from our latest pole barn build ⚠️

We've successfully set all the posts, installed the girts, and placed the carriers. The structure is standing tall and ready for the next big step.

Today we're setting the trusses! 🚧🏗️
This is always an exciting milestone — watching the roofline take shape and seeing the building really come together. Our crew is on site right now making it happen.

✨ Project Transformation: Utility Room → Full Bathroom + Living Room Upgrades!

Before:
This underutilized utility room was just wasted space—cluttered, dark, and purely functional with no real purpose beyond storage. The living room had an outdated brick veneer wall eating up space, and coats/gear had nowhere organized to go, creating constant clutter.

What We Did:
-Completely reconfigured the utility room into a brand-new full bathroom.
-Installed a spacious 48” x 34” fiberglass shower unit, new toilet, and modern vanity.
-Replaced the old window with a smaller, energy-efficient one and re-trimmed the exterior for a clean look.
-Built a new coat closet in the living room for better organization and storage.
-Removed the old brick veneer wall and covered it with fresh, smooth drywall—modernizing the entire space.
