🏡🚜 A Big Day in Grimes! 🚜🏡

There’s nothing quite like Dig Day—the day a family's dream officially starts becoming reality!
This week, we had the privilege of breaking ground on a beautiful custom home in Grimes. The future homeowners stopped by to check out the progress, and the kids got an experience they won't soon forget... taking a turn operating the excavator! 😄

This build is especially meaningful because it's happening in our own community. We are excited to help bring this family's vision to life and look forward to welcoming them as neighbors in the near future.

Our realtors, Katie Fliehler & Malinda Garner REMAX Precision have guided our clients through the planning process making this a smooth and fun process! We want to thank Dustin Kupka and Allison Kupka, the buyers' agents, for their partnership and collaboration in making this exciting build possible.

We recently broke ground on this beautiful property — land that’s been passed down from one generation to the next. There’s something truly special about seeing an Iowa farm stay in the family, and we’re honored to help create the next home here.

Framing begins next week, and before long, this family will be soaking in some incredible sunsets from their new deck. 🌅
