High magnesium. A targeted approach to calcium.

This California avocado orchard is showing strong fruit set and healthy tree development, despite the season progressing approximately two to four weeks earlier than usual.

Soil analysis identified magnesium base saturation levels above 45%, which informed a deliberate early-season strategy focused on calcium nutrition and supporting effective nutrient uptake.

As part of the orchard’s full Agri Technovation program, Leach and PowerP, together with Unlock, were incorporated early in the season with a focus on the soil environment, root development, and calcium uptake.

The result is a program built around the conditions of the orchard rather than a standard nutritional approach—using soil insight to identify the constraint and guide management accordingly.

Strong set in an early California avocado season.

With the season running approximately two to four weeks early, this avocado block is progressing well under a full Agri Technovation program.

Soil analysis showed magnesium base saturation above 45%, prompting an intentional early-season focus on calcium. Leach, PowerP, and Unlock were incorporated into the program to support the soil environment, root development, and nutrient uptake.

Strong fruit set on the trees is an encouraging indication of how the orchard is progressing.

Mandarin orchards across California are transitioning from cell division to cell expansion—a critical stage where nutrition should match the fruit’s physiological needs.

During the final stages of cell division, Calcibrate provides targeted calcium nutrition to support strong cell wall development, while Eckloforce delivers a concentrated marine bioactive complex that helps maximize cell development before the crop shifts its focus to fruit sizing.

As cell expansion begins, nutritional demand moves towards potassium. Soil applications of K Booster and Unlock LPH, supported by a foliar potassium application such as K-to-Perform, help meet the increasing potassium requirement during this important growth phase.

Matching nutrition to crop development ensures the right nutrients are available when the tree needs them most, helping maximize fruit size, quality, and packout potential.

Better Infiltration. Stronger Orchards.

For the past five years, Agri Technovation has partnered with this almond grower in Pixley, California, implementing a targeted cover crop strategy to address persistent water infiltration issues.

Rather than planting the entire orchard floor, cover crops are established in a four-foot strip alongside the berms, leaving the middles open. This simple approach has significantly improved the movement of water through the soil.

What was once ponding after irrigation is now improved infiltration, healthier soils, and stronger tree performance.

Cover crops are a key part of Agri Technovation's soil health strategy, helping growers improve water infiltration, nutrient efficiency, and long-term orchard productivity.

Every orchard presents different challenges. The best solutions are the ones designed around them.

Four years. One goal. Grow a better crop.

This silage corn field in Pixley, California, is the result of four seasons of refining the program, building on each year's results, and working alongside a grower who trusts the process.

With harvest just four weeks away, the crop is the biggest we've seen on this farm—standing 12–13 feet tall.

It all starts with understanding the system. Comprehensive soil testing, targeted nutrition, and season-long management have helped turn good crops into even better ones.

Better decisions. Better crops. Season after season.

Strong new growth in Fresno County almonds

First season working with this grower in Fresno County, with the focus on bringing structure and consistency to the fertility program moving forward.

The block is showing a strong vegetative push, with healthy new growth developing across the orchard following applications of CAN17, Unlock LPH, and Polipro Max.

Custom ground fertilizer blends are also being incorporated as part of the broader fertility strategy now being overseen across the orchard.

Good early-season growth and canopy development create the foundation for stronger orchard performance over time.

From treatment to response

Post-treatment observations are showing a clear improvement in canopy condition and leaf color across the orchard.

The program included foliar applications of Magnesium to Perform, Manganese to Perform, Zinc to Perform, and Eckloforce, supported by Magphorce through the water run.

The difference is visible in both the leaves and overall orchard condition.

Producing forage that performs after every cut Agri Technovation’s Test N Tonnage (TnT) fertility program for alfalfa is designed to build productive, resilient stands that maintain performance over time. Through balanced fertility, strategic nutrient management, and a focus on soil health, the program supports strong root development, stand longevity, and rapid recovery between cuttings. The objective is not only to produce yield, but to maintain forage quality and consistency while helping the crop withstand environmental stresses throughout the season. Healthy roots. Strong recovery. Consistent production. The foundation of Test N Tonnage.

Where we're AT: Almonds in Kerman, California

16-month-old almonds in Kerman, California under a full Agri Technovation program since planting.

The focus from the beginning has been to support early tree development through a wellmanaged production system. The result has been significant vegetative growth, largerthan-normal trunk development, and strong lateral branching at this stage of establishment.

The program has included:
• UNLOCK LPH™
• POWER P™
• LEACH™
• The PERFORM™ range
• Juvenile foliar applications

Early establishment sets the foundation for long-term performance.
Managing that process correctly from planting is where the value lies.

An early and intense flowering season in California

This season has seen flowering arrive earlier and with greater intensity than typically observed, across multiple crops and regions in California.

While this presents strong yield potential, it also places increased pressure on management practices to ensure effective fruit set, retention, and final quality.

The current focus is on supporting optimal cell division and early fruit development with foliar application of Eckloforce™, Calcibrate™ and FloraMagna™. It is also critical to ensure a healthy root systems with our Unlock™ technology, to ensure efficient nutrient uptake.

In seasons like this, the opportunity is clear—but so is the need for precise, well-timed interventions to convert flowering into high-quality yield.
