High magnesium. A targeted approach to calcium.
This California avocado orchard is showing strong fruit set and healthy tree development, despite the season progressing approximately two to four weeks earlier than usual.
Soil analysis identified magnesium base saturation levels above 45%, which informed a deliberate early-season strategy focused on calcium nutrition and supporting effective nutrient uptake.
As part of the orchard’s full Agri Technovation program, Leach and PowerP, together with Unlock, were incorporated early in the season with a focus on the soil environment, root development, and calcium uptake.
The result is a program built around the conditions of the orchard rather than a standard nutritional approach—using soil insight to identify the constraint and guide management accordingly.

Strong set in an early California avocado season.
With the season running approximately two to four weeks early, this avocado block is progressing well under a full Agri Technovation program.
Soil analysis showed magnesium base saturation above 45%, prompting an intentional early-season focus on calcium. Leach, PowerP, and Unlock were incorporated into the program to support the soil environment, root development, and nutrient uptake.
Strong fruit set on the trees is an encouraging indication of how the orchard is progressing.
