Elite hosted its first Estimating Workshop with students from Kerman High School, in partnership with

Students got a hands-on look at how landscape projects come together, learning how to read plans, perform takeoffs, and build a bid proposal from start to finish.
For many, it was their first time seeing how estimating works, and how it can turn into a real career path in construction. Seeing that shift, from not knowing what estimating is to understanding how it connects to real projects, was the best part.
This is the kind of work we want to keep doing, getting students exposed early and helping open doors for the next generation.

We recently brought together teams from across the Elite Landscape Division for our 2025 Year-End Closing Meeting, an important moment to reflect, connect, and align as one group.
For the first time, colleagues from Elite Landscape Construction, Elite Maintenance & Tree Service, Elite Private Landscape, and Stockbridge General Contracting gathered in one place to celebrate a successful year, share lessons learned, and look ahead to what’s next. The day reinforced what truly drives our success: collaboration, shared learning, strong leadership, and a culture rooted in teamwork and continuous improvement.

This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for the people who make our community stronger. Local churches and restaurants worked tirelessly to serve warm meals to those in need, and Elite was glad to donate turkeys so families could enjoy a meal at the event and take one home to cook. Moments like these remind us how powerful it is when people come together to help others—this is what community is all about.
