MILLENNIUM INDUSTRIAL IS HIRING
We are looking for:
• 1 Entry-Level Industrial Helper
• 1 Experienced Craftsman / Industrial Technician
Before you apply, understand this:
This is NOT easy work.
It is industrial field work.
It is hot.
It is dirty.
It is physically demanding.
Some days suck.
You will sweat through your clothes before lunch.
You will work around heavy equipment, industrial facilities, coatings, concrete, steel, chemicals, pressure washers, grinders, and confined work areas.
If you are looking for:
• an air-conditioned office
• a place to hide on your phone
• a “just enough to get by” job
• someone to babysit you
…this is not the place.
But if you:
• show up on time
• work hard without complaining
• take pride in doing difficult work correctly
• want to learn industrial construction and specialty repair
• want an opportunity to grow into higher-paying skilled work
…we should talk.
ENTRY LEVEL HELPER:
You do NOT need experience.
You DO need:
• reliability
• work ethic
• ability to listen
• willingness to learn
• ability to handle physical labor in Texas heat
CRAFTSMAN LEVEL:
Experience in industrial work, coatings, concrete repair, grouting, welding, mechanical, fabrication, or related trades is preferred.
Bonus points if you already have:
• TWIC
• NCCER / Safety Council
• Industrial refinery or plant experience
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Experience running tools and equipment without supervision
