“I am the Coating Superintendent. What I enjoy most is ability to grow and continue learning with everyday challenges.”

What does a typical day look like for you at TAP?
“Planning, Scheduling & able to get quality projects done safely in a timely manner.” ⏱️

What project are you most proud of working on so far?
“All our projects. Knowing that another job was done safely, timely and the quality is on point!”

What’s one thing people might not realize about your job?
“My phone rings a lot throughout the day, answering clients.” 📲

What sets TAPs’ safety culture apart from other companies?
“Safety represents both culture and a daily practice. Our safety men emphasize this every day.”

What makes TAP a great place to work?
“Upper management is always there to lend a hand. All supervisors and safety men are approachable and down to earth.”

What’s your favorite part about working with the TAP team?
“There’s something new to learn. Not always the same routine.”

How does teamwork show up in your day-to-day work?
“We can’t succeed alone, winning takes everyone working together toward the same goal.”

“Over 2 and a half years. Every day is a learning opportunity and new experience. Never boring!”

“Come willing to learn, help & have a positive attitude. Come to be a TEAM player!”

What’s your role at TAP and what do you enjoy most about it?
“I am the Operations Manager. I enjoy working and building with our team.”

What does a typical day look like for you at TAP?
“In the morning I get updates from our field supervisors and finding places I can help our team. After that I look for ways I can improve what we do and make us more efficient, as well as helping improve our client relations.”

What project are you most proud of working on so far?
“I am proud of each project that we can walk away from injury and incident free.”

What’s one thing people might not realize about your job?
“There are a lot of phone calls, texts, and emails. Like a lot..” 📱

What sets TAPs safety culture apart from other companies?
“Our safety leaders, Shayne and Pat, and our Field supervision that help lead our culture. Safety isn’t a one person show, each of these people help push that message to our teams in the field.” 👷🏻‍♂️👷🏻‍♂️

What makes TAP a great place to work?
“The people. I haven’t been here that long but I get to work with some really great people that make up a great team.”

What’s your favorite part about working with the TAP team?
“The fact that everyday doesn’t have to be dull and boring. We can do our jobs, do them well, and still have a good time.”

How does teamwork show up in your day-to-day work?
“Most of the information I get is second hand. I rely on our team to feed me information so that I can do my job.”

How long have you been with TAP and what keeps you here?
“I have been here 9 months. I feed off of the challenges. I like the daily challenge of helping to guide our team to success.”

“I don’t really have one. My son likes to jam on the way to school in the morning so whatever he likes.” 🎵

“Seeing something I am helping to build, be successful.”

“My day consists of checking P&Ls for accuracy, billing out jobs, setting up new jobs and meetings about ongoing work.”

“My favorite part about working with my team is the trust and support we have for each other. Everyone shows up ready to do their part.”

“Teamwork shows up in my day-to-day work through constant communication and support. We rely on each other to share information and solve problems quickly.”

“I have been with TAP for a year and stay because I love the people and the culture.”
