We recently completed shipment of the remaining units in a 12-tooling cartridge project for a repeat automotive customer. These systems will support production operations in both Michigan and Mexico, and we’re grateful for the continued trust they place in our team.

• Stanley torque drive units with automatic torque based on control arm position
• Visumatic bowl feeder systems to automate fastener delivery to Stanley torque tools, reducing cycle time and operator intervention
• VS Keyence vision systems for wire harness routing verification, light orientation checks, screw presence detection, electrical connection validation, and VKS sensor inspection
• Barcode scanning and pin-prick traceability systems to support part tracking and manufacturing data integrity
• Lamp and sensor functionality testing
• Dual-language operation in English and Spanish to support diverse workforces
