25 years in, we're investing in the people who got us here.

As part of Forged to Last, our 25th anniversary campaign, every JGM team member is getting the Milestone Safety Upgrade:

• Studson Type II safety helmets with chin straps, replacing the traditional hard hat
• ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 two-tone hi-vis vests
• Flame-resistant welding jackets in JGM red

The industry is moving toward helmets that stay on during a slip or fall, and protects the sides and back of the head as well as the top. We'd rather lead that change than catch up to it.

On October 21st, JGM will be turning 25!

Our Founder & CEO, Joe Messner, Jr. started at 19-years-old with a welding torch and zero fear decided “it can’t be done” wasn’t in his vocabulary.
