We completed another inspection today with a very happy customer after installing a dual-head heat pump to replace electric baseboard heat, which should do amazing for his specific heating needs.

Did an inspection and a cleaning on a old R22 system. The gentleman we did this for was probably in his mid-80's, definitely on a fixed budget. 2 other companies told him there was nothing They could do, he needed to replace the unit. So we did a cleaning and a thorough inspection. Yes, the unit is very old. But the unit works fine. Why would you want to charge somebody like this? Thousands of dollars, something they really do not need. And definitely cannot afford. Couldn't imagine ever being in a place in my life where I would do that to someone. just for the inconvenience, this man has been through. We did the cleaning for free.

Can someone explain to me the $29 tune up on your ac. A mechanic for about 2 hrs. at about $50 hr. Plus Truck, insurance,tools, do the math. That mechanic better find something wrong.

This is what you get when you buy a system offline and your electrician says he can hook it up for you. No idea how long these lines have been left laying there, open to the atmosphere. Good thing copper prices are up at the scrap yard.
