We finished applying 10 mils of TH700 zinc to these bridge beams today using our Precision Arc 4.8 metalizing machine. We did 8 girders on this project and the beams were 89’ long. They are headed to get installed in Alaska next!

Here’s a fun little winter project we did. We bought this older Vecloader 522 vacuum trailer and redid the whole thing. It only had 656 hours on it. It got new paint, new hydraulic lines and pump, new vacuum gauges, new wiring and lights etc. It’s ready to go to work just in time for the spring!

We’ve been slowly working on this project in our free time this past year. The new blast booth is ready to be used! If you have something that needs to be blasted at a location, we now have a place to do it. We also have a 11k rated forklift and a 50 ton crane on site, so we should have the material handling capability for whatever you might have.
