There is no easy button! You can’t just cold plunge and eat processed garbage expecting to loose the weight! You cannot just sauna and expect to feel 10 year younger when your a chronic mouth breather. That doesn’t mean these therapies won’t assist in results, but does mean you have to WORK for it! There is no easy button! It’s called a healing journey because there will be setbacks and trials. Learn to love the journey.
