Verdis First established in 2007, Verdis specializes in industrial, commercial and institutional construction. We specialize in dam repairs.

We are an 8(a), woman-owned, full-service civil engineering & construction firm that has completed 200+ contracts/task orders for federal agencies including USACE, National Park Service, Homeland Security, GSA, USAF, USN, FAA & NOAA. We have successfully performed on new construction projects as well as remodel and repair work and are recognized as a leader in historic renovation work and historic

masonry restoration. Our clients are federal, state and municipal agencies as well as private investors. We provide services for commercial and residential clients as well. Since 2016, Verdis has been awarded and successfully performed on more than 150 federal contracts in 14 states, including projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Homeland Security, National Park Service, US Forest Service, Federal Highway Administration, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Department of Agriculture, USAF, and the National Guard. All of our team members have successfully completed projects for local, state, and federal agencies as well as private clients throughout the western United States. Our main office is located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and we have satellite offices in Anchorage, Alaska, and Scottsdale, Arizona. Our service area is nationwide, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are also certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise in Idaho and Washington.

We are honored that the state entrusted Verdis to complete this remarkable project. It was a truly a team effort involving our entire team, engineers, planners and carpenters, led by Project Manager Sam Bice and Project Superintendent Kaiden Hoskins. Verdis has finally expanded to states east of the Mississippi River!

We just received word that our joint-venture company, Verdis DJ&A, won a spot on the U.S. Forest Service Region 8 SRS Shortlist. The shortlist is a 3-year database used to select small business Architect-Engineer (A&E) firms for projects under $350,000 in Region 8. This region consists of 13 states, spanning from Texas to Virginia and Florida, and also includes Puerto Rico.

Tasks will include surveying, design and engineering.

Verdis DJ&A brings together two long-standing, high-performing firms with a deep legacy of delivering responsive, high-quality AE services to the USFS as well as other federal and state agencies. Collectively, we have over 200 dedicated professionals across five strategic offices.

We're looking forward to working with DJ&A to build on our record of success delivering projects on-time and on-budget for the U.S. Forest Service!

We are just weeks away from celebrating the grand opening of the new Chatcolet Marina! Our team, led by Project Manager Sam Bice and Superintendent Kaiden Hoskins, is making swift progress on the $23 million design-build project. The marina at Idaho's Heyburn State Park will have a new 110,000 square foot parking lot, general store, state-of-the-art 164-slip marina, boardwalk, boat fueling, boat wastewater pump outs and more. It has been a pleasure teaming with the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation on this project, which increases public access on Chatcolet Lake.
