Andy's Heating, Cooling & Electrical Andy's has been providing top-notch Heating and Air Conditioning service since 1972! In the first few years Andy Sr. was a one man operation. Their son Andy Jr.

Over the next 10 years Andy with his wife Nancy moved the business to Government way and built a retail location. started working full time in 1995. He has taken over operations and manages the operation. Senior retired in 2008 but still shows up for coffee and around lunch time almost daily.

40 Years later Andy's Heating and Cooling is still doing business the old fashion way with a handshake.

Servicing and installing furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners. Come and visit Andy's showroom which features all of the latest wood fired stoves, pellet stoves, and gas stoves from Quadra-fire, Heatilator and Heat-N-Glo. Andy's also carries the Big Green Egg smokers and grills. Carrier award winning dealer in service and sales.

Commercial HVAC is more than installing equipment. It is making sure every part of the mechanical system is coordinated, installed correctly, and built to work together.

Our team handling the full mechanical scope for a new commercial project in Hayden, Idaho, including:

• Carrier condensing furnaces and A/C systems
• Modine unit heaters
• Make-up air and exhaust systems
• Commercial louvers and fire dampers
• Custom fabricated ductwork
• Waste-oil heating system
• Welding extraction ventilation
• Controls, ventilation, and system integration

From the mechanical room to the rooftop, every system has to line up with the building, the plans, and the other trades on site.

A service call is about more than finding the problem. It is about how the customer is treated from the time we walk through the door until the job is complete.

On this visit, our tech identified a failed ballast in the Halo system and helped move the next steps forward, including checking possible warranty coverage.

HVAC systems do not last forever. The key is knowing when maintenance still makes sense and when replacement is the better investment.

Our team handles full furnace replacements from start to finish. We remove the existing equipment, prepare the system for the new unit, complete the installation, and ensure every connection and component is properly tested before returning the system to service.

Regular maintenance can extend equipment life and catch problems early. But when repairs start to stack up, efficiency drops, or the system becomes unreliable, replacement can save money and headaches in the long run.

A project of this size has a lot of moving parts. Every system has to be designed, installed, coordinated with other trades, and ultimately work together as one complete mechanical package.
