ICCU Rathdrum Branch: Progress Update!

Putting on the finishing touches! Big things are happening in Rathdrum! Construction on the new branch is nearing completion; we can’t wait to welcome you.

Check out the progress! The main building and parking are almost ready, the new monument sign is up with the final address, and the drive-thru ATM services are coming to life.

We’re making incredible progress at the new ICCU Rathdrum Branch! It’s exciting to see our vision coming to life. Take a look at the journey so far.

You can see the expansive layout of the site, including the groundwork for our convenient new drive-thru lanes. The modern design of the building is taking shape along with our interior painted walls and the installation of elegant, warm wood cabinetry is well underway.

The hard work of our dedicated team is paying off, and we are on track to bring you a state-of-the-art banking experience. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to completion.

We are proud to highlight one of our standout local projects: the Parker Toyota Accessories Facility right here in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

This 5,600-square-foot build was designed for high-performance efficient accessory installations. From a specialized photo booth to heavy-duty automotive lifts, every square inch was designed to help the Parker Toyota team deliver top-tier automotive accessories installations to their customers.

It’s always an honor to build the spaces that keep our local businesses and community moving forward.

• Full Site Development: Our team managed the complete site transformation, including grading, infrastructure, and landscaping, to ensure a cohesive and inviting location to the community.
