Yesterday, teammates at Nucor Steel Decatur unveiled an 80-foot mural they designed to honor every branch of the American military. It’s a powerful reminder that the strength of our steel comes from the strength of our people.

Today, we pause to honor the lives lost on 9/11 and the bravery of first responders. 🇺🇸

Nucor is humbled that more than 140,000 tons of our steel are in the National September 11 Memorial and the new World Trade Center Complex. We are also honored to partner with the Global War on Terrorism Memorial Foundation and remain committed to honoring all who have served and sacrificed since that day.
