Milltown Homes LLC is a full service home design, renovation and new construction building team. We

Founded in 2016 by brother/sister team Anthony LePage and Laura LePage Tarlo. The vision behind this business started with a dream to renovate their home town of Cohoes, NY one building at a time. Anthony brings a construction and contracting background to the company while Laura brings her interior design and marketing skills. Together they strive to provide clients with custom home options within their community and beyond.

From the ground up, we’re excited to share the first finished unit of our newest rental development on Dartmouth Street in Cohoes!

Our goal was to create more than just another rental property. We wanted to bring the quality, thoughtful design, and attention to detail of a custom-built home into modern rental living.

Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a finished basement, an attached garage, modern finishes, and private outdoor space, these townhomes were designed with both style and functionality in mind.
