Yesterday afternoon I received a call from a very upset person whom was very angry with our company for us failing to show up for an appointment. They posted a "does not recommend" this company fb post. I was very upset as a business owner I never want to upset my customers. I owned my mistake and tried to apologize. Today while working in my office I looked at the schedule for today, and the person whom was so very upset with us, their appointment was scheduled with us for today not yesterday and that is why I was not able to find the work order. I wanted our clients or folks who have liked our page to know that the customer that was upset, telling people untrue statements had the wrong date. We pride ourselves on being a reputable business and statements such as those that were posted were not only untrue but not justified.
