If you are an AltaFiber customer you may be having an issue calling any Verizon Cell Phones. After having a good customer let me know they were getting a busy signal when try to call, I called AltaFiber and they told me it was a Verizon issue. This is from a geothermal unit replacement project yesterday in California KY. An older ClimateMaster Geothermal unit that had a leak in the coil. Before and After Pictures. The new Bryant Geothermal unit comes with a 10 Year Parts & Labor Warranty through Bryant. Other brands only cover Parts. The Bryant thermostat is connected so you can manage the system from anywhere you have internet access. Call Workman if you need a Geothermal unit serviced or replaced.

As the cold weather is approaching, please make sure to change your filter out, and disconnect your water hose outside! We recommend using less than a 5 FPR (8 MERV) rated filter. It will be easier on your equipment. We are available for emergency service! Call (859) 781-7000.
