To all my valued customers …. if you are due for a oil /propane delivery…..

Ensuring that your oil fill pipe is accessible is essential for a safe and successful heating oil , propane delivery. Delivery drivers often work independently and must be able to reach your tank without navigating hazardous, blocked, or hidden areas. This goes for driveways as well , please keep in mind that your driveway has to be wide enough for our truck to get in, just because your car can get in with no problems does not mean a large truck will , driveways must be plowed and sanded if needed .

As we get close to one of the biggest storms we have had in years , we are working around the clock to keep your home warm. Please take a few minutes to remember to shovel a clear path to your heating oil fill pipe/propane tanks and remove any snow or ice from around it.
A clear, safe path allows our drivers to make your delivery quickly and avoids potential delays or skipped deliveries due to safety hazards.
Don't forget to:
✅ Clear a 3-foot radius around the fill pipe.
✅ Salt walkways to prevent slips and falls.
✅ Ensure driveway access for our trucks.
