San Jacinto County- Cleveland, Coldspring, Huntsville, New Waverly, Oakhurst, Pointblank, Shepherd, Trinity, Waterwood, Willis
..WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM SUNDAY TO 6 PM CDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...South to southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30
to 35 mph becoming north winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to
45 mph on Sunday afternoon/evening.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Sunday to 6 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Weather conditions are favorable for wildfires to start and grow rapidly.

This Sundeck is created with all Owens Corning Wear Deck. There is a 4 inch slope descending off of a hip and valley metal roof. We used 2x10x12 Owens Corning to make wedges for the joists to create a level deck that will alow water to flow below and through the decking. It has all 12" on center joist and two 6" deep holes with aluminum bottom brackets for umbrellas. The stairs going up have a weatherproof room for storage and electrical needs.

This was a fun job as it brought on a few more challenges than others, such as deeper water, correct and critical distances across the canal, and not just a simple board and batton siding, but we had to go up the rake of the roof and follow the valley down from the underside with the siding.
