As an Fabrication Lead Operator, Jim has played a key role in the manufacturing process that helps produce our Volara® foam products. Over the years, his knowledge, consistency, and dedication have helped keep things running strong day after day.

Last week, we proudly celebrated the ribbon cutting of Project Endeavor — a major investment in the future of SEKISUI Voltek, our employees, and the Coldwater community.

Project Endeavor represents more than a new facility. It reflects our continued commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and supporting our customers with high-quality foam solutions for years to come.

We are incredibly grateful to our employees, contractors, partners, community leaders, and parent company, SEKISUI Chemical, whose support and dedication helped bring this vision to life.

We are celebrating Rob Lane, our Lead Shipper, on his well-earned retirement after 40 years with SEKISUI Voltek! From day one to his final shipment, Rob has been a steady, reliable force behind the scenes—making sure our material moved out the door and into the hands of our customers without a hitch.

What makes this milestone even more special? This was Rob’s very first job. And for four decades, he showed up, worked hard, and helped keep our operation running strong. That kind of dedication doesn’t come around often.
