These are comparable to snack chips, and are produced from potatoes, cereals, vegetables and legumes. The whole process is carried out with new technologies ensuring outstanding, durable quality. Le Caselle is a B2B company and does not cater to the final consumers, but rather snack food producers. These producers either fry or cook Le Caselle’s semi-finished pellets through a hot air expansion process, then package, re-brand and market the final product. Quality is guaranteed by only using certified suppliers for raw materials and a quality control system that encompass the entire manufacturing process.
