Here is our guy Ryan getting everything prepped for a duct tightness test. It might look like a bit of a science experiment, but it’s actually one of the most effective ways to make sure the air you’re paying for is staying where it belongs: inside your home: and not leaking into the attic or crawlspace.

Think of your ductwork like a straw. If there are holes in the side, you’re going to have a hard time getting your drink to the top. By sealing things up and testing for tightness, Ryan ensures your system is running at peak efficiency, which keeps your utility bills down and your comfort levels up. 🥤

Mold is bad, but it can build up in HVAC systems in even the cleanest homes! Frequent Precision Tune-ups by our skilled technicians and regular filter changes are the best way to prevent organic growth. Danny did a deep clean on this system yesterday! The home was kept immaculately, but the equipment had not been serviced in years.
