Some of the most important details in a home are the ones you’ll never see.🛠️🏡

Last week, our team had the opportunity to walk our Three Cottages project with Matt Risinger, Richie Brown, and the team at Huber Engineered Woods. We’re grateful for opportunities like these to learn, collaborate, and continue refining the way we build.

On this home, we’re utilizing the full ZIP System® and taking extra care to flash and tape every seam, seal penetrations, and protect the building envelope from the outside in.

These details will disappear once the drywall goes up, but they’re what help create a home built to perform for years to come.

Every elevation, material transition, roofline, and architectural detail has to feel intentional because this home is constantly being seen in its entirety.
