🏠 Hail Last Night in DFW – Don’t Wait on This ⛈️
That storm last night was no joke.
If it sounded like something was hitting your roof or you woke up to debris everywhere, don’t ignore it.
Some areas took a direct hit.
👉 Before you call insurance — my recommendation: don’t file blindly- Get the facts.
I’ve seen homeowners get a $500 check on $18,000+ worth of damage because of ACV policies or deductibles they didn’t realize had changed. Once you file a claim, it’s on your record whether it pays out or not.
Here’s what actually matters:
• If your roof got hit, it needs to be checked properly
• If it has any age on it, it’s more vulnerable
• If it’s damaged, it needs to be handled correctly from the start
I’m not an adjuster.
👉 I inspect it, document it, meet the adjuster, handle the paperwork, and if it’s damaged — I get the roof repaired or replaced the right way.
We’re already scheduling from this storm.
