PIER REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLMENT

The customer called us saying that their floor was so un level in their bedroom that they could spin their dresser completely around 360 degrees with one finger ! 😳 So we went and did a free inspection to find that their piers in the crawl space that were supporting the floors throughout the house were either never installed in the correct locations, getting ready to collapse or had already collapsed completely. We informed them of the situation and problem of why their floors were so un level by showing them pictures we had taken during the inspection and explained to them how this was causing all their issues and they requested an estimate. We gave them a free estimate and they approved the work scope and here are some before and after pics of the work we performed and got their floors back to level again for years to come and they no longer have any worry’s or concern’s about it!
