SPI Blow Molding LLC will begin fulfillment activities for one of it's best customers. Best Bins, out of the great State of Minnesota, is about to turn over the assembly and drop shipping duties to the friendly little blow molder in Coloma, Michigan. That being us!

SPI is beginning to do more final assembly and drop shipping as part of the service to our cherished customer base.

SPI is now doing the blow molding for Chore-Time-Brock, an Indiana manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of agricultural products. Chore-Time is a new customer and a very welcome addition as we wish to strengthen our presences in the general agricultural market segment.

SPI Blow Molding has been on an interesting journey lately with many changes taking place all at once.

New controls have been installed on one of our most active presses giving us consistently better results and a huge boost in reliability. It is fun to see a work center come alive after chugging along for many years cranking out parts, pushing our employees to their limits to hold the tolerances demanded from all our customers.

We are adding more operators as we begin to digest 7 new customers so far in 2014. Three more work centers will receive new brains over the next few months.

We have new chillers, silos and a great new 12,000 lb forklift. Just moved in a dual head 3 lb molder. Getting her ready to pop out train loads of parts.

We are a relatively small custom blow molder with tremendous technical expertise. We specialize in producing rather difficult parts from which many other blow molders prefer not to tackle.

We are refreshing our relationship with another blow molder in Elkhart, Indiana, in an effort to become a reliable back up in case of a disaster. No one ever can fully anticipate the needs during a true disaster, but we must all do our best to network with one another and offer support when we can.

SPI Blow Molding LLC is happy to take on projects requiring engineered resins for strength or finish. Many of our customers need short runs to keep inventory low. We do what we can to fill those needs.

Times are good for us right now. Hope all our employees will ultimately benefit from our increased volume.
