Maintenance includes.

- filter changes up to 2 filters any additional will cost extra.
- professional condenser coil cleaning with the same effectiveness as your favorite HVAC company.
- component and electrical checks to ensure your system is running as it should.
- Air flow and temperature checks to ensure you’re in efficient temperature ranges.
- by request I will check your refrigerant levels. If refrigerant is needed, how much is needed and a price will be professional explained before any work.
- any components found that needs replacement will be explained to you in a professional and easy to understand way. If you decide to go with me for component replacement the same day the part will be free and you will only pay for the labor associated.
