Responsibilities:
Speak with homeowners about saving money through solar
Collect information and schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a Nova Solar Representative and see a customized solar proposal
Follow up with appointments to ensure meetings take place
Answer questions of potentials customers while building trust
Help present solar proposals to prospective customers
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication
Ability to communicate and connect with customers
Excellent customer experience
Honest and strong moral compass
Compensation:
Training Pay: $15/hr + Commission
Average rep makes $800- $1,000 per week while in training!
Once training is complete: $2,000- $10,000 + per customer who goes solar!
Average rep makes $150,000 per year once out of training!
