To close out the last edition of our 2023 Employee Video Series, we asked our team members to share what they would say to young people looking to enter the and/or millwork industry.

Answers ranged from understanding more about what architectural millwork actually is to taking the time to listen and ask more questions during internships.

Last Friday, we raised a toast to two incredible members of our Concepts in Millwork family who have reached remarkable work anniversaries. 🙌

Robert, your two decades of hard work, dedication, and expertise have been the cornerstone of our success. Your commitment to precision and your unwavering passion for millwork continue to inspire us all. Here's to 20 more years of incredible craftsmanship! 🪚🏆

Robert was joined by his wife, Laurie, as we presented him with his very own reserved parking space and a BBQ Smoker.

We just wanted to thank each and every one of you who joined us on this adventure – employees, their families, and friends who became family. Your energy, laughter, and camaraderie turned this trip into a fun adventure enjoyed by all.
